Terms of use

Courtesy translation. The authoritative version of this text is the Spanish one: where this translation says anything different, the Spanish wins. There is also a català version.

By using Happytime you accept these terms. They are short on purpose, because so is the service: we show information about things to do with the family, and you decide which ones to go to.

1. What Happytime is

A directory of family events and activities, with some product recommendations. It is free, needs no account and sells no tickets. Happytime organises none of the events it lists and takes no part in them.

2. The information can change — always confirm with the organiser

This is the most important thing on this page. Times, prices, recommended ages and places are collected from public sources and from the organisers themselves, and can change or be cancelled without notice. Before you travel — and especially if the plan involves paying, booking or fitting a schedule around children — check the details directly with whoever is running it. The organiser is always the authoritative source; Happytime only reflects what it was able to collect.

We take care to get the information right, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date at all times. We accept no responsibility for journeys, costs or inconvenience arising from an event that was cancelled, changed, or described inaccurately.

3. Acceptable use

By using the app you agree:

The content is for personal use. Sharing a particular event with family or friends — including with the app's own share button — is exactly what it is for.

4. Third-party links

The app links to maps, organisers' pages, shops and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not answerable for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

5. Availability

The service is offered "as is". We may change it, interrupt it temporarily or stop providing it, and we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

6. Your saved events

The events you star are stored only on your device. There is no copy on any server: if you uninstall the app or clear its data, they are gone and we cannot get them back. They do not sync between your phone and the web either.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update them to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The date at the top says which version is current.

8. Law and contact

Spanish law applies. For any question about these terms, write to contacto@happytime-bcn.es. The owner's identifying details are in the legal notice.
